ESTATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, Inc.Is a licensed and insured aquatics contracting and land management company based in Brunswick, GA. We currently have seven office locations. Shallotte, NC, Charleston, SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Hilton Head, SC, Brunswick, GA, Jacksonville, FL, and Springfield, MO. These offices collectively cover a territory from Wilmington, NC to Orlando, FL up to Tallahassee, FL through Atlanta, GA and over to Columbia, SC. Springfield covers Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas and Tennessee. We have an average of 4 licensed technicians per location which allows us to achieve superior customer service.

Our customers are anyone who owns, manages, supervises or develops property with lakes, ponds and/or wetlands.

In addition to Lake Management, we also offer other services and are extremely versed in the areas of fountain/aeration sales & service, aquatic plants and plantings, all facets of fish stocking and/or consultation, mitigation/wetland construction & restoration, pond bank restoration and dredging, and assist with NPDES Compliance.
