We are fully insured and licensed to work in 13 states across the Southeast and Midwest, and our relationship with our insurance company allows us to quickly make changes and add coverages so that we can work anywhere in the U.S.
Because of our size and nearly 30 years of experience in the aquatics industry, we have an efficient and streamlined customer service process in place. In addition to a personal relationship with the general manager in a specific market, our clients have access to our in-office teams who can assist with all their questions and needs. On the front end of a service or contract, we have dedicated employees to help prospects and new clients with bids, proposals, pricing, scheduling, and contracts. We also have an accounting team dedicated to helping clients with invoicing, payments, and other financial items.
