We provide this service as an all-inclusive, one-year service for a fixed monthly price. The overall effect of the service is aesthetically pleasing ponds at a fixed monthly cost. Most of our clients choose a 21 visit per year contract.”

What We Do

Estate Management Services is a licensed and insured aquatics contracting and land management company. We serve customers who own, manage, supervise or develop property with lakes, ponds and wetlands.

In addition to standard lake management services, we also offer fountain and aeration sales and service, aquatic plants and planting, all facets of fish stocking and consultation, wetland construction and restoration, pond bank restoration and dredging, and assistance with NPDES Compliance.

Where We Work

Based in Brunswick, GA, we also have office locations in Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Hilton Head, SC, Brunswick, GA, Jacksonville, FL, Guntersville, AL, Springfield, MO and throughout Mississippi. These offices collectively cover a territory from Wilmington, NC down through the entire state of Florida, back up to Atlanta, GA and over to Columbia, SC. Springfield covers Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas and Tennessee.

We have an average of four licensed technicians per location, which allows us to offer superior customer service. There are many lake management companies but we have established an excellent reputation in the industry for having professional technicians who arrive on time carrying the proper supplies to get the job done in a timely fashion.

We maintain a heavy-duty vehicle fleet that allows our team to haul just about any piece of equipment a job could require, and we have access to all equipment necessary to implement our holistic management strategies—from fixing the smallest pond fountain or aerator to applying algaecide, herbicide, mosquito treatments and everything in between.

We are fully insured and licensed to work in 13 states across the Southeast and Midwest, and our relationship with our insurance company allows us to quickly make changes and add coverages so that we can work anywhere in the U.S.

Customer Service

Because of our size and nearly 30 years of experience in the aquatics industry, we have an efficient and streamlined customer service process in place. In addition to a personal relationship with the general manager in a specific market, our clients have access to our in-office teams who can assist with all their questions and needs. On the front end of a service or contract, we have dedicated employees to help prospects and new clients with bids, proposals, pricing, scheduling, and contracts. We also have an accounting team dedicated to helping clients with invoicing, payments, and other financial items. We are committed to our employees and customers and work hard to ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards.
