Answer: We take care of ponds that are on individuals’ farms; we take care of ponds that are tucked back in the woods far away from human civilization, and we treat ponds that are in the center of downtown metropolises, and none of them can be looked at the same. Nutrient load is the biggest obstacle to proper pond management. Nature has a way of getting rid of excess nutrients, and that way is typically through algae and weed growth.
